High-speed internet connection and a computer or mobile device like an iPad or iPhone.

How long will it take me to complete this course?

Completing and passing this course should take 4-6 hours, depending on the student.

Can I buy licenses to train all the employees in my company?

Yes, you can buy and assign licenses to all the members of your organization.

If I buy licenses for my employees, can I track their progress?

Yes, you can track their progress.

Can I transfer a license from one person to another?

Yes, you can transfer unused licenses.

Do I have to take the course all at once?

No, you can log in and out at your convenience; the system will keep track of your progress.

How long do I have to complete the course once it is purchased?

You have one year to complete the course.

How is the course structured?

There are sixteen lessons, each containing a written overview, a video, and a practice self-test. After completing all of the lessons, there is a final certification exam.
